CHAPTER CHAMPIONSHIP 2012
The EWGA Championship is now in its 16th year as the largest women’s amateur golf competition in the world and we want YOU to be a part of the fun and excitement. Members of all skill levels are encouraged to compete so give the Championship a try and put your game to the test!
Middle Tennessee Chapter Championship will be held on July 1st, 2012 at the Hermitage Golf Course on the Presidents Reserve.
To enter the Championship download the CC entry form below, fill it out, and send it in (with a check) to the address listed on the form. Please do not use the national web site to enter or submit a payment.
