Cancellation/Refund Policy

Middle Tennessee EWGA Cancellation/Refund Policy:

When a member signs up for an event and later cancels the registration or does not show up for an event, every attempt will be made to make a refund, if possible.

However, if the Chapter has confirmed their attendance at an event and the Chapter has committed or paid out funds for the event and cannot receive a refund from the vendor, no refund will be made.

If the cancelling member is able to find a replacement prior to the event who will pay the applicable fee, a refund will be made to the member.

This policy also applies to non-members/guests.
